Appointment cancellations should be made within one full business day before appointment time to avoid cancellation fees

I created One Body Wellness out of my wonder of the human body. After 11 years of practice as a Massage Therapist, I wanted to create a space that was safe, comfortable, educational and open for healing. I completed my diploma in Osteopathic Manual Therapy in 2019, with a thesis in women’s reproductive health. I am growing my practice in Manual Osteopathy as a compliment to conventional medicine. I provide a thorough and advanced initial assessment and an intuitive and evidence-based treatment, to initiate the body’s healing response. Check the Osteopathy page for more information!
My most recent education has been in the ADVANCED ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT OF THE INFANT BODY. I have also just graduated from SILENT COUNSELLING, allowing me to identify stored emotions manifesting themselves in physical ways in the body.
